Here you will find our products for the treatment of water in wet spray booths, waste washing water, industrial flushing water and any other water that is contaminated with paint, glue, lacquers, cement and other mineral material. We can even treat the water from industrial washing machines, allowing it to be re-used within the machines.

Booth Chemicals

Over time, paint build up in wet back spray booths can cause several issues. The booth itself may become blocked and cause damage to equipment such as pumps. Bacteria can evolve within the water and cause smells which is not ideal for the working environment. The removal of dirty water via waste companies is a cost issue as well as the requirement to stop work for cleaning. By using our denaturant system, these issues can be avoided.

If you have a dirty booth, we recommend cleaning first with Detartrol which will clear the built up and dried sludge from the booth, the pipes and around the water curtain and derust and descale the installation before emptying.

Our Proco denaturant system can then be added to the clean water.
